1. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.


2. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Cases
